This presentation examines local income and employment, industry concentration and wage disparities, housing affordability, workforce participation, and talent gaps. Using current economic data, it explores the challenges facing residents and businesses while highlighting opportunities for workforce development, economic diversification, affordable housing, and long-term community growth.
The goal is to look beyond the numbers and understand what they mean for the people who live and work in Boyd County—and what can be done to build a stronger, more sustainable local economy.
