William Cameron Menzies and the Art of Production Design
Welcome to our first episode. You will tell it is our first episode by some editing mistakes I made. This app doesn’t allow you to go back and fix mistakes. But we are soldiering on. In this episode you will hear me talk about famous Production Designer, William Cameron Menzies. We will get into what a production designer does, Menzies’ famous career, his work as a director, and briefly discuss other Production Designers who have also directed their own films. I hope you enjoy this ramble down the rabbit hole. Thanks for listening! Fight evil! Sam Drog
