Morgan the orca is like a zen teacher, paralleling a life similar to Nelson Mandela or Gandhi.
When I couldn't get out of my head of frustrations, she swam over to me and "pulse waved" me in my chest, like an ocean wave moving through my body...
Sending a message to "return to my heart."
Often a good place to start... being more like a dolphin, and more like the flow of water.

That message took me out of my sadness into one of gratitude and peace. This is the gift we all have to give... a gift that is limitless and vast like the ocean.
I had been so concerned and worried about what Morgan had shared with me from the day before, yet her statement of love brought me back into the present moment.

She said, “I'm still hungry," as the visitors were leaving the orca stadium. Then Morgan slowly moved along the edge of the pool asking, "PLEASE" for more fish.
One of the trainers noticed her following him, and tossed just 1 small fish in the direction of her open mouth.
