The Kontext Experience

You're in deep and no one's coming to save you.

A Stoic Resurrection is not a treatise, nor a manual, nor a confession in the religious sense. It is a record of becoming — a philosophical diary written from within the turbulence of lived experience, where clarity is not assumed but wrested from chaos through attention, discipline, and love...

I am not a content creator. If anything, I’m a discontent creator.

Learn to love others and you will find a more profound sense of love for yourself.

“Rejection as a Creative Force” is a short essay on how a total destruction of one's ego and self-image can, and should, act as a precursor to a rebirth of sorts, a catalyst for striving towards the ideal. Written in January 2023. Now available online as both text and audio. About a year after writing this, I wrote something in my journal that could very well serve as a summary of the essay:

SHIT IS SUPPOSED TO BREAK YOU DOWN

SO YOU COULD BUILD YOURSELF UP.

THAT’S THE BLESSING AND THE CURSE.

Thoughts on the inherent meaninglessness of life, the fact that we can choose our own meaning and how one should approach all this.

The Kontext Experience begins with the audio version of "The Basics of Yoga AKA The Beginner's Guide to the Human Experience."

The Basics of Yoga represents my underlying framework for seeing and experiencing the world. It’s a summary of life lessons and ideas I’ve formulated so far.

I don’t think any of the thoughts presented here are unique or original. This is more of an aggregation of ideas, sources of which would be too many to identify and reference. What I will say is where these ideas did not originate from. They did not originate from the traditional education system. They did not originate from mainstream media. They did not originate from any government-appointed officials, boards or organizations.

The Basics of Yoga was written between 9 November and 20 December 2022 and is a work in progress. If you have any comments, thoughts or counterarguments to any of my points, feel free to reach out to me via email or social media.
