Episode 9: Domestic Drag: Why Your Home Feels Heavier Than It Should
Your home isn’t supposed to feel like a second job—but for many high-performing women, it does.
Everyday household tasks quietly drain your energy, not because you’re lazy or unmotivated, but because your home’s systems weren’t designed for the life you actually lead.

If you wake up feeling fine for the first few minutes, but by 10:00 AM your energy is gone, you’re experiencing decision drain.
It’s not laziness, lack of willpower, or indecision—it’s the invisible load of hundreds of micro-decisions your brain makes before the day even begins.
High-performing women often act as the default problem solver for everyone else, and it’s exhausting.

You’re disciplined, motivated, and organised — yet somehow your home still feels chaotic. Here’s the truth: it’s not you, it’s the system. No amount of tidying, decluttering, or willpower will make your home run itself if the architecture behind it isn’t designed for how you actually live.

Episode 4: Welcome to the LUX Reset: Your First Five-Minute Reset
You’re brilliant at work, capable, and respected — but at home, it feels heavier than it should. Messy, loud, draining. No matter how organized or motivated you are, the wheels keep coming off.
In this episode, I want you to hear this from the very beginning: there’s nothing wrong with you. You’re not failing, you don’t need better habits, and you don’t need to try harder. What’s actually broken is the design of your life and home. Most high-performing women are running complex lives inside systems never designed to support them — and the friction you feel isn’t a flaw, it’s a design flaw.

You’re brilliant, capable, and seemingly unstoppable — but inside, you’re secretly exhausted. You can run a business meeting, manage a household, keep friendships alive, and carry everyone else’s emotional load — all before 11 AM — and still feel like you’re barely holding it together.
In this episode, I break down why high-performing women feel this way and why it’s not a personal failing. The real reason isn’t your effort, your discipline, or your organization skills — it’s the systems around you.

Trailer — Welcome to The LUX Reset
If you’re a woman who gets everything done — at work, at home, for everyone — and yet quietly feels exhausted by how much it all takes… this podcast is for you.
The LUX Reset is where we stop telling capable women to try harder, be more organised, or fix themselves. Instead, we redesign the systems around your life — architect-style — so your home, time, and routines finally support you instead of draining you.

When it comes to profiting from the sale of a house, there's a strategic reason why we are concentrating on cosmetic renovations. It is about maximising the value of the property in the shortest time possible, with the ultimate goal being to secure the most profit from the project.
Cosmetic renovations are like a turbo boost for a property's market value, offering a rapid and efficient way to increase its appeal to potential buyers.

The property may not go up in value as much as expected
