We seem to only reserve charity in speech to those in our direct circle or community... well when we are trying to be charitable. Here's some thoughts about including everyone--even celebrities--in our circle and not gossip/detract about them.

My thoughts on friendships--authentic life giving friendships. How to make virtuous friendships and find a good tribe.

I usually think God only controls things like the weather or relationships or jobs or health... when it came to technology stuff, I was pretty surprised at the stuff He has done with me.

What I do to say no that doesn't have to be a direct, "No." I know other people may struggle with this. So, here's my thoughts.

Just a reminder that the engagement process is still a discernment process as to if you should marry your fiancé. Don't allow there to be too much external pressure to be locked in. I was engaged and I know it was not God's will for us to be married. Remember: It's a lot easier to end an engagement than a marriage.

There are times we share a little too much when we ask for prayer. This is a reminder to guard your tongue to protect other people's reputation.

As my book, Joyous Hell | A Life of Finding Joy in Suffering, is approaching completion, I felt called to share a bit of the story as it is Child Abuse Awareness month. I know God has given me this cross so as to help others who have been carrying their own form of it. After rewatching the recording, there are little comments I wished I had made. I think I will just create other videos. My vulnerability has opened many spaces for others to step into. As I share my story in person, countless people share their own and many follow it with, “I’ve never told anyone before.” Following these conversations, I have led many wounded souls to a place of healing through forgiveness.

It digs deep into the lives of the addicts to attack the root of the issue--not just cut off the dead parts due to the sins. Road to Purity has resources and programs for people struggling with the addiction. There is material for churches to form small groups.
