19. Unlocking AI for Women with the Hey Coco Team
You’ve all heard the AI hype and you're probably already using it to some capacity. But what if AI could be used to make everyday life a little easier?
We’re joined by Clare from HeyCoco. Clare is on a mission to help women unpack their fears around AI and feel confident using it in everyday life.
Clare is joined by her friend Charlotte, who has learnt from Clare first hand just how much of a difference AI can make to everyday life.
And honestly, once you see what it can do, it starts to feel a little bit like having a live-in personal assistant who never argues back.
We chat about:
- Why so many of us feel intimidated or nervous about AI
- The fear of “not knowing what we’re doing”
- Privacy, personal information and what we should (and shouldn’t) be putting into AI
- How AI can actually help with the boring, everyday stuff
- Simple things you can ask AI to do TODAY to make life easier
- Saving time and taking some of the mental load off
Most importantly, we talk about how you don't need to be tech-savvy, work in business or understand how AI works behind the scenes to start using it. You can literally start with the things that are already annoying you.

18. Are You Actually Living, or Just Preparing to Live?
We’re talking about the never-ending goalposts we set for ourselves and how easy it is to get stuck in the rat race of always working towards something. We talk about why we can feel guilty for being spontaneous, saying yes to an impulse, spending money on experiences or simply doing absolutely nothing productive. Because what happens if we finally reach the life we’ve been working so hard for… and realise we forgot to enjoy the journey?
We also continue our 40 Things Before 40 list, because maybe the whole point isn’t ticking off a giant list of achievements. Maybe it’s about creating more moments that make us feel like we’re actually living.
This one is a reminder to stop waiting for the “right time”, loosen the grip on the five-year plan and remember that this is your life. Right now.

17. Anonymous Submissions: Inbox Open
The anonymous submissions inbox has been busy again… and this week, we’ve got two that really made us stop and think.
We can’t tell you who sent them, but let’s just say both submissions involve some pretty big family decisions, and we are VERY divided on whether these women are justified.
One involves a wedding, a very unexpected family situation and a decision that could potentially cause some serious drama.
The other involves a new baby, a three month waiting period and a sister who may or may not be getting a taste of her own medicine.
And because apparently that wasn’t enough drama for one episode, Jaz has some news of her own: she has applied for a reality TV show.
Naturally, she doesn’t just tell us she applied. She also explains exactly why she thinks she could win the whole thing. The confidence is… impressive. The ego is… big. But honestly? We kind of love it.

16. Send Help, a Village and Maybe a Casserole
Neets and Jaz are talking about something that started with a bout of sickness… and somehow turned into a much bigger conversation about family, independence, support systems and what happens when life doesn’t go to plan.
After being knocked around by illness and watching it affect the entire household, Anita found herself asking: how do people do this when they have even more on their plate? When you have work to get to, bills to pay, kids to care for and no partner who can be home fulltime to help… what happens when you’re the one who goes down?
It leads to a conversation about the culture we’ve created around independence. We’re often told we should be able to do it all ourselves, but are we actually meant to? And in a world where family and friends can be spread across cities, states and countries, how do we build the village we all seem to need?
We also dive into the realities of the sandwich generation; raising children while beginning to think about ageing parents and what the future might hold. Should we be having the uncomfortable conversations now about our parents’ wishes? And should we be actively planning for life to go wrong before we’re forced to figure it out in the middle of a crisis?
It sounds deep… and it is. But, as usual, there are plenty of laughs along the way.

15. Be Delusional & Go For It! with Alycia Chapman
Jaz takes over the mic for a very special solo episode with Alycia Chapman, a powerhouse businesswoman, marketing queen, ex corporate strategist and owner of the studio where we record Thriving(ish).
Alycia is the kind of woman who makes you want to quit overthinking and just DO THE THING. She shares why she believes we need to take more risks, set bigger goals and, sometimes, be a little bit delusional about what’s possible.
And then there's the ADHD conversation. Alycia was only diagnosed recently and we discuss her ability to think differently, chase ideas, take risks and see possibilities where others don't.
This is your kick up the bum episode if you've been sitting on an idea, talking yourself out of something or waiting for the “right time”.
Got a question that’s keeping you up at night? Head to our instagram page and tell us about it. We want to talk about it!

14. The Accidental 2000s Time Capsule... Opened
What if you could open a box and instantly be transported back to high school?
We open Anita’s accidental time capsule; a box filled with random pieces of 2000s teenage life. There’s a Discman, burnt CDs, old photos, clothes and all the things we completely forgot existed until we saw them again.
And because apparently one nostalgia rabbit hole wasn't enough, we find ANOTHER box… this one filled with letters from high school. So naturally, we read them.
What follows is a trip down memory lane filled with questionable fashion, teenage friendships, old music, technology we somehow survived without, high school drama and plenty of moments where we ask ourselves, “Why did we think that was normal?”

13. Happily Ever After, Rewritten with Bethany Taylor
What if your greatest love story isn't the one you imagined as a child?
This week we're joined by Bethany Taylor, whose deeply personal Instagram reel has resonated with millions around the world, amassing more than 34 million views. In just a few seconds, Beth reminded people that life doesn't always follow the script we were promised, but maybe that's exactly where the magic begins.
Together, we dive into Beth's journey through separation, rebuilding her life, and discovering that "happily ever after" doesn't have to look like a Disney movie to be beautiful.
This conversation is for anyone who's ever felt like life didn't go to plan, questioned whether they were starting over, or wondered if happiness was still possible after everything changed.

12. Tiny Wins & Y2K Spins
We're celebrating the tiny moments that somehow feel like major life achievements.
From the absolute satisfaction of the deli worker nailing the exact weight you asked for, to discovering money in a long forgotten bank account, we're talking about the weirdly specific wins that instantly make your day. We also confess to the completely irrational things we all do, like forgetting to register our car!
You've got to stay until the end with this one though, because we take a nostalgic trip back to the early 2000s, reminiscing about the fashion we somehow convinced ourselves looked good, towering 10 inch heels and sweaty dance floors.

11. Devon, Debates & Dangerous Opinions
We made it to Episode 11 and considering only around 8-10% of podcasts make it past 10 episodes, we're calling that a win!
This week we're taking a nostalgic trip through iconic Aussie childhood foods, reading some anonymous listener submissions (that may or may not get us cancelled 😅) and debating life's biggest conundrums... like whether it's ever acceptable to recline your seat on a domestic flight.
As always, it's full of laughs, questionable opinions, and the kind of conversations you'd have with your best friends.

10. Part 1 - ADHD: Stats, Facts & Hard Truths with Dr Kate
What if the things you've spent years criticising yourself for weren't character flaws at all?
We're joined by Dr Kate Witteveen, researcher at the University of Queensland, to have an open, honest conversation about ADHD in women.
Alongside Dr Kate's research and expertise, Jaz and Anita share their own lived experiences of navigating late diagnoses, masking, self-doubt and the overwhelming feeling of finally having pieces of the puzzle fall into place.
We want to know:
Why so many women are only being diagnosed later in life.
The signs and symptoms that often get overlooked or misunderstood.
Why ADHD can look so different in women than the stereotypes we've grown up with.
The stigma surrounding diagnosis and medication.
The emotional impact of spending years wondering why life feels harder than it seems to for everyone else.
How hormones, motherhood, careers and the mental load can make ADHD symptoms more noticeable in your 30s.
Why seeking support isn't about finding an excuse, it's about finding an explanation.
More than anything, this episode is about advocacy.
There are so many women silently struggling because they're worried they'll be judged, dismissed or labelled if they speak up. We want this conversation to remind you that asking questions, seeking answers and advocating for yourself isn't something to be ashamed of; it's one of the bravest things you can do.
If you've ever felt like you're constantly overwhelmed, forgetful, emotionally exhausted, or like you're working twice as hard just to keep up, this episode is for you.
We encourage you to deep dive into Dr Kate's findings to learn more about this important topic. Find Dr Kate's published papers here.

9. You Should Probably Get That Checked
Neets and Jaz share honest conversations about advocating for your own health, from navigating mental health challenges to dealing with those embarrassing symptoms we often avoid talking about. We discuss the importance of asking questions, seeking second opinions, and trusting your instincts when something doesn't feel right. A reminder that your voice matters, and no one knows your body better than you.

8. Happy Birthday... Do I Want a Baby?
TW: This episode contains discussions about fertility, pregnancy, family planning, and the emotional complexities of deciding whether or not to have children. If these topics are difficult for you right now, please take care while listening.
In this honest and deeply personal conversation, Neets and Jaz unpack the uncertainty that so many people quietly carry. From the fairytale version of parenthood we imagined as kids to the very real fears of "What if I decide I do want children... and then I can't?", they explore the emotional tug-of-war that comes with not having all the answers.
Is the grass always greener? Is there ever a "right" decision? Together, they sit with the highs, the lows, the grief, the freedom, and the beauty that can all exist at the same time.
Whether you've always known you wanted children, never have, or are somewhere in the messy middle, this episode is a reminder that you're not alone in asking the big questions.

7. The Fine Line Between Ambition and Insanity
Jaz and Neets unpack their personal experiences with burnout and the very blurry line between ambition and exhaustion. We aren't just talking in business or careers, but in motherhood, mental load, relationships and everyday life. Because burnout isn’t just something that happens in an office.
We also question whether hustle culture has completely cooked our idea of success… and why so many women feel guilty for resting in the first place.
If you’ve ever said “I’m just tired” when it’s actually much deeper than that, this episode will probably hit home.
Now listen, we did get a bit excited and drop some other eps a little earlier than planned. If it sounds like we're introducing something that we've already talked about in an earlier episode, that's because we are 😂

4. Unexpected Expenses & Unsolicited Property Advice
Another episode, another one of Jaz’s insane stories. We hear what she’s been up to and lets just say, it sounds expensive!
We’re unpacking the pressure, stigma, and outdated ideas that still surround buying property. We talk about why the “dream home first” mindset might actually hold people back, why renting isn’t the failure people make it out to be, and how thinking outside the box can open doors you didn’t even realise existed.
And, we should note - there's a little bit of swearing in this one.

3. Have I Done Enough For My Body Today?
TW: Some of today's chats touch very briefly on miscarriage and sexual assault.
In this week's episode, we’re joined by the amazing Sam Galligan.
Sam is a Brisbane-based personal trainer and the founder of The Healthy Me, with a focus on women’s fitness and wellbeing.
What makes Sam so unique is how she’s evolved alongside her clients. As her own life, body, and priorities have changed, so has her approach, shifting from a purely physical focus to a more holistic “mind, body, spirit” philosophy.
Sam doesn’t just train bodies, she supports women in showing up for themselves in a way that feels sustainable, realistic, and deeply considered. And that’s something we really admire.
