Alright. Let me take down the caution tape for a minute.
I want to talk about the Constitution. Not the paper. The living thing. The law that’s supposed to enlist our freedoms. Provide the framework.
But I have to ask: Do we still have it? Do we still have our democracy?
Look around. Social media racially profiles us. Foreign governments tell us what we can say. How to behave. I thought we were grown adults. Raised right. We should know how to act.
But then you see the other side. The ones supposed to be leaders. Setting examples. They’re not just failing… they’re terrifying. Causing problems. Breaking the protocol. And we’re left here, like children, trying to figure it out on our own.

Up North
From Cepot’s closet
Where shadows are the only thing that reap.
No sun, no sky, a ledger without ink—
Toilet water inmates were forced to drink
The truth is what the jailers never could think.
For sixty grains of sand, the hourglass stuck,
No hand could move to document our luck,
Or monumental loss. A silent screen
Where what has been and what should be, between,
A gap yawns wide. A nation holds its breath,
And records sleep a semblance of a death.
This is the game. The passing of the blame,
A heated thing that carries Nixon’s name became , by a pretended mad king ‘s . He called the Hot potato game.
It’s in the pocket of a tailored suit,
A stain that spreads from buckle to the boot.
I told you once, I ain’t you twice,
They spin the tale and roll the loaded dice.
They never gonna stop, while doors are locked
In fact, as if a warehouse were stocked.
While the whole world shock, the plumbers tape the mic,
And stage the set to make the darkness bright.
And in the silver reservoir, a coil hums,
A digital vein where all the future comes.
The water knows your name, its path a thread
In AI’s ledger, quietly widespread.
The meter’s mind, a cold and calculating god,
Prepare to double up the tab we have to pay .
And sustenance. The main tenants, unaware,
Will find the well is thin and metallic, bare,
All the way down to that unspooling coil—
A privilege now, withdrawn from
Hot potato.
The Great Depression is set to drop.
Everything was right within our hands until
The fool, who swore upon the bible’s sand,
Came in and let the rot command the land?
Fool me once, the shame is on the house.
Fool me twice, we field the frantic mouse
That scuttles where the lions feared to tread.
We’ve landed in our own sleek coffins, fed
On promises. The tempers flare and whisper,
As from a gilded, unforgiving cistern.
And in the yard, the animals begin to march.
A silent, grim procession through the arch
Of yellow stone that promises a fire.
Some may live. Some may die. The cost climbs higher.
Things are getting hotter.
Stain shirts bring the rings upon the collar tight.
The watchful ants, who have a thousand lives,
Saw all the signs in frantic, digging hives.
We chose to ignore. We left the stone alone.
Now we must endure, and grind the stone to bone.
For in the studio, the sixty minute stall.
The typed page stays forever blank and small.
The gate is guarded by a nervous laugh—
A watered-down, a split and quartered calf
Of context. What you cannot box and air
Is simply… not. A sanctity of care
That chokes the story in a soundproof room.
It is the buried ledger in the tomb,
The Cepot of the mind, the locked cell where
They dare not even place the burden there.
Hot potato.
Continues to play the same

similar as connect four ,
but the media didn’t ask
To lead on the dance floor.

Passed quickly before it burned.
Watch it fly as every vested interest turns.
I told you once, I ain’t you twice.
They are never gonna stop the spread of vice.
While the whole world is shocked, they play the ancient game.
The Great Depression, peering through the flame,
Is about to drop. The music slows. We see
The final pass was made to you. To me.
We hold it now. This scorching, ticking core.
This truth we cannot document… or ignore.

Spectrum Wave Media Insight
Good evening. This is a Spectrum Wave Media Insight, on behalf of the Spectrum Soundbites unApologetic, Unbroken Banner Podcast. We have breaking news.
Due to what we can only describe as… unfortunate circumstances, the program 60 Minutes was unable to televise ( yes, our revolution won't be televised ).. .. documentary footage concerning a military prison in El Salvador—a facility known as CECOT.
This report stems from the 2025 policy that we have observed individuals released from our government to foreign detention systems. What was found there, according to now-leaked evidence, was less a correctional facility and more what survivors have called a "hell in a basket."
While the official story remained undocumented on its intended network, the footage found its way to the public eye via Canadian broadcasts. Fragments have surfaced on global platforms, facing removal, only to resurface elsewhere. The images, now bandied across the world, depict a reality too horrific to contain.
In response to this censorship, this closed ledger, we offer not just a report, but a reflection. A testament to the hot truth that no one wants to hold.
What follows is a poetic dispatch from the silence. We call it "Hot Potato."

The Shadow of his Smile
Now I lay you down to sleep,
Now your souls have peace.
El General’s last breath
Made his heart no longer beat.
He gave up the end of his seat,
Then he crawled up to the upper room—
The sanctuary his beloved wife
Once quietly kept.
Shadow of his smile,
Entertainment will never be the same.
I’m not buying
These fatal incidents were caused
By domestic disputes.
There is more to the real sequel;
There are too many plots and twists.
The case is too easy.
There might be clues that they have missed.
The silence from the media,
Bloggers, podcasters—it all adds
To the propaganda.
Like the casino games where votes were rigged,
Too much monopoly; a masquerade
which leads to charade.
The wealthy are too damn greedy.
Shadow of his smile,
I wish Nuno and Salter
Had stayed a whole entire while.
They were both scientist geniuses
Who could have saved the world.
Similar to , Nikola Tesla
, and Lewis Howard Latimer ,
They were more than the best dressed.
Magnetism was his field,
Yet Edison claimed the fam p
Through his connections.
The modern-day Lewis and Clark
Traced the code from the genesis data,
Merging the discovery as their own.
But the real story, we all know,
Was untold.
While the truth left hidden
Way beneath the dark,
the real clue, allegedly:
The squatters had invaded
Uncle’s Closet.
They have taken his patent for themselves,
Where energy is no longer free.
Eventually,
You shall soon see!

Some call me bitter
I’m just in rage
I don’t see anything
, but an
Empty page
Of violet woman
Standing alone
One stem
Where foot
Is the root
Surrounded
By soil from
The earth
Separated
Fence from
Other side of the world
On whatever
Oh, well
Different strokes
For different folks
Other folks are
Being treated as joke
Moral truth
The world at large
Collateral damage
I still live bitter
These days
Because they
Treat my people
As if we are slaves
Smiles don’t
Belong where
I come from
I was born
This way…
I remain relevant
I know how to
Behave
It within
My skin
No, I don’t need
Any medicine
This all comes
From the melanin
DNA which all
Belongs within my skin
That is how the
Story begins
All within my skin
---
A Bridge cross on
Whatever,
When things are not right,
I could see the light
At the first sight
Until I became
A woman
Now I understand
All men’s evil
Made as a nomad’s land
Unsuccessfully plan
As they all assembled,
It didn’t control me
I became compelled
By the light
Light never could
Blind me
Upon, it made me wiser
Than I could ever be
It could never
Break my spirit
No, no, no
They could never
See me fall
All compelled
Within my skin
Don’t you know
There is going
To be a revolution
---
A massive bloodshed
It shall be released
By our skins
In what is inside
We can no longer hide
I watch them standby
Provide the verdict
Because the murder
They wrote
Our fate has been
Tested
Experimented
We won’t be
Taken for granted
Without a doubt
These are signs of times
Be prepared for a major
Blast
Succotash this
Our skin
No longer will
Be the next man’s
Meal ticket
I will say it again
We seek revenge
As our tempers
Get loose
While they had taken
It all, it would last call
They won’t be
Having a ball
Destiny relieve
Our final redemption
Shall be our laugh
After they have published
The draft,
I saw the dragon
Rise above the sea
Ten horns
Ten crowns
Seven heads
When the dragon
Gave the beast
His sword,
At this final hour,
As the bell strikes
Twelve times three
As the spirit invests
Bind within me
All this had happened
Which lies within my skin
That’s how the story begins

Maybe live in high class
May not pas
The brown
Paper bag test
Combs may not
get a pass
Trust me,
Trouble never lasts
Every thing

Summary
Let me refresh! Black Pearl
Brought the audience's attention with Caution Tape as
An introductory bonus: Xx's Vs Xyx's, which was
considered a controversial
Affirmative sample. Caution Tape season 2 :
This powerful piece, "Caution Tape / The Bullet" from Black Pearl Lyrics on behalf of Spectrum Sound Bitez, is a searing spoken-word critique of systemic failure and gun violence in America.
· "Caution Tape" acts as a provocative introduction, where the speaker discards formalities and triggers warnings to deliver unfiltered truth. It questions the dysfunction of government and media, pointing out how the middle and lower classes are consistently left unprotected from societal "storms."
· "The Bullet" is the devastating main act—a poetic litany of grief and resistance. It vividly maps the trajectory of stray bullets through the sacred spaces of everyday life (homes, schools, playgrounds, cemeteries), condemning the "pandemically blind" Lady Justice and the "puppet masters" who profit from the violence. It culminates in a unifying chant of identity ("I'm a mother... I'm a survivor") emphasizing that the struggle to survive is a universal, daily battle.
The overall work is a call to action, demanding that we "exercise our Bill of Rights" and stand with "peaceful motivation" against the forces that allow innocent lives to be collateral damage.

(The stage is bare. A single strip of CAUTION TAPE is draped over a chair. The SPEAKER enters, picks it up, and addresses the audience directly.)
SPEAKER
Happy holidays. Consider this your introduction to the caution tape.
The caution tape came back. Once again. And it’s due to the subject matter. This is a public broadcast service announcement, so I have to integrate a trigger warning.
I am unapologetic.
I am unbroken.
I am unfiltered.
And I promise… I won’t curse.
I’m going to provide blunt, straight talk3, Similar to my profile featuring on TikTok. You know what they say? A closed mouth never gets fed. Those were the clever words from my grand-nanny.
So I’m not holding back.
Allow me to toss away my caution tape… and land it in the trash.
There were certain events, situations… that should never have happened. I wish for familiar, innocent circumstances… those lives… would have existed anyway, Rip, for lives that made it through the struggle. But life must go on!
So let’s rewind the clock. Back to the beginning of 2025, until the end of this physical phase.
Press play. Let’s begin.
As far as we have seen, moral lives are being unprotected. There are three branches in Washington, D.C., the head transit station. Each plays a role that is to protect, serve, and uphold our Constitution, which we consider our bible.
So why are the mechanical birds non-functional? Why is everything so dysfunctional? Television is bribed to produce propaganda. Why those phony… attempts?
It’s like I once sang… from a tragic but poetic liberation. A publisher of spoken words is more like the Book of Psalms.
Titled… The Bullet.
Copyright @ 2023.
A slug… is considered an insect, created by nature. But the bullet, unfortunately, came branded with shell cases by a human’s hand. With a path of destructive behavior, while the cowards leave a toe tag with no label, the politicians take an oath, wear multiple armor pledge pins.
The bullet would eventually land on someone’s front door or public ground, with unapologetic tones. Season after season. For no good reason.
Here comes another demon.
Storms always start the insurrection. Never mind an unauthorized health inspection.
I will say it again: The middle and lower class… never… always get last dibs. The bad end of the stick by receiving improper, inaccurate protection.
Caution Tape… are you ready for more?
Next verse… listen as the tape rolls.
(The SPEAKER drops the tape. Blackout.)

THE PATENT MASTER VOLUME I: THE FOUR HORSEMEN
THE PATENT MASTER VOLUME I:
GROUND BREAKING SHAKESHIFT
THE FOUR HORSEMEN ~ episode 3
THE FOUR HORSEMEN
BY
BLACK ROSE PEARL
ROSE QUARTZ MANIFESTOS
The prey is now the hunter.
He is like the hounds that have tasted blood.
While the blood stains remain on a guilty hunter's hands.
Beast foolishly thinks that he reclaimed the hunter's soul.
The distractions are the multiple books.
The signature compels for us to take notice.
While the opposites of the opposition mark territories
by rehearsing their ancestors' historical conquests.
While the good wrestles with the evil,
time shall play its part.
The final hour is the hour
for all things shall release.
The Four Horsemen.
The White Horse stands on divine justice.
But he refuses either to be marked or misled by a false prophet.
The red horse is the most horrible one of all, indeed.
Ares, combative of the mortal conflicts,
which the red horse precedes war.
There is about to be
confusion full straight ahead.
The black horse outweighs the clear, bold truth.
The truth shall declare crimes.
by the enactment of a scale.
The pale horseman resembles the face of a man.
The man shall be granted death.
Within the corners of the earth,
The four horsemen shall live
by the sword or die by the sword,
because man's recklessness
has made too many unfortunate,
unwanted, and too many unnecessary
sacrifices that corrupted the earth,
where the innocent have to pay the price.

Grand rising
Tantalizing
Inviting
Entanglement
When the moon
Bleeds,
He mates with the sun.
Moon creates a seed
During 29
cycle phases,
Conception is done
Mission has succeeded
As a size of mustard seed
Nobody dares
No, nobody scarce
No, nobody seems to care
No nobody steers
Especially,
During,
the telophase
Lilith’s face appears
Birth of
Darkness in the sky
Moon Becomes
pitch black
As sackcloth of
Human hair
Stars are falling
The sixth seal unlatches
It’s an affirmation.
You need to hide
In a moment in time,
Rapture arrives

Groundbreaking Shakeshift
(by Black Pearl)
This poem introduces the central, powerful figure of the "Shakeshift"—a divine or prophetic force that disrupts the existing order. It speaks of a reckoning where immoral "gatekeepers" and "grim reapers" are left behind. The Shakeshift reclaims what was lost for the faithful, exposing secrets and ensuring that evil deeds return to their perpetrators ("Evil you have sown belongs toward dead man’s bones"). It is a declaration of a new era, an atonement that cannot be tarnished, established firmly like a tree.
Black Moon:
The Warning Signs
(by Black Pearl)
This piece uses intense astronomical and astrological imagery to describe a cataclysmic event. The mating of the moon and sun, the appearance of Lilith, and a pitch-black moon signal a time of rapture and divine judgment ("The sixth seal unlatches"). It serves as a stark warning of an impending, inescapable cosmic shift.
The Four Horsemen
(by Black Rose Pearl)
A reinterpretation of the Biblical Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. The poem describes a world where the prey becomes the hunter and justice is imminent. Each horseman is detailed:
· The White Horse: Stands for divine justice, wary of false prophets.
· The Red Horse: Precedes war and mortal conflict, bringing confusion.
· The Black Horse: Carries the scales to declare the truth and crimes.
· The Pale Horse: Grant's death, a consequence of humanity's recklessness, which has corrupted the earth.
Stand and Deliver (We Never Lose) (by Precious Jam Gemstone)
This poem is a powerful anthem of unwavering faith and ultimate victory. It is a declarative mantra of a community that "never loses" because their triumph was "already done" by a divine force. It encourages standing firm in belief, drawing strength from grace, and honoring the legacy of "Trail Blazers" and ancestors. Despite past scars and adversity, the poem emphasizes healing, tribal integrity, and an unshakeable destiny to win.

CAUTION TAPE
Caution Tape
Black Pearl
SPECTRUM SOUND BITEZunapologetic-unbroken banner—
The Overview of the Piece
This poem is a defiant monologue that explores the tension between biological ("organic", x) and transgender ("inorganic," "XYX") women from the perspective of a biological woman. The central metaphor is "Caution Tape," representing both the societal restrictions placed on women and the speaker's desire to break free from “ Caution Tape,” /backlash/stereotypes.
The poem unfolds in several movements:
Liberation: The speaker declares her independence from a traditional upbringing, embracing her sexuality, desires, and worth as a woman.
Defiance & Identity: She establishes her "lane"—a complex but defined path involving emotional cycles, pain, and authenticity, contrasting it with what she perceives as the more fluid, multi-lane path of charactered prototypes in women.
The Controversial Divide: The core conflict is presented as an unbridgeable gap in lived experience. The poem suggests that the biological realities of womanhood (menstruation, childbirth, menopause) are a "crucial agenda" that certain women "could relate to, but others could not.
Reclaimed Tape: In a provocative turn, the speaker, afterwards celebrating her liberation, demands that the "caution tape" should be removed, specifically to mark this boundary, asserting that while all have rights, their experiences are not the same and should not be compared, but we should all be respected and protected.
The tone is unapologetic, raw, and deliberately controversial, blending personal empowerment with exclusionary rhetoric.

Unapologetic Unbroken Banner
Unapologetic
Unbroken Banner Airplay
Artist: Black Pearl
Narrator: Precious Jam Gemstone
Format: Raw, Uncut Studio
A lyric clear uncut
No melody, but a sonic manifesto. Conceived by the poet Black Pearl and given voice by the narrator Precious Jam Gemstone, it is an unfiltered, raw
airplay designed to force the audience to focus solely on the weight and rhythm of the words. There are no instruments to soften the blow, no melody to pretty up the meaning. This is the raw core of a controversial idea, delivered with unapologetic clarity.
The entire structure is built on this principle of unapologetic confrontation. The poem intentionally avoids a traditional, harmonious flow, instead using jagged line breaks, abrupt shifts in topic, and stark contrasts to mirror the internal and external conflict of the speaker. It is meant to feel disruptive, because its message is disruptive.
