Paul Bower is an APU alum from 2002 with a major in business administration. He’s the co-founder of Imagen Agency, a growing promotional marketing agency in Glendora, CA, which started in 2009 and employs several APU alumni. He is married to Amy who is also an APU alum and together they have a son and daughter.  

In this episode, Paul talks about starting a business with his family, the challenges of being an entrepreneur, and what to think about when it comes to home ownership.

Nicky Slavich is an APU alum from 2014 and a recruiter at Google. He’s also a major networker on LinkedIn with over 400,000 followers providing much needed guidance and wisdom for both recruiters and people looking for a job.

Justine is an APU alum from the class of 2019 and majored in Public Relations. From the east bay area, she is currently a senior account executive for Pan Communications, which is a PR agency serving B2B tech and healthcare companies.

Cam is an APU alumni from the class of 2015. He majored in graphic design and now is the Creative Director for Catchy in Seattle, Washington. In this episode, Cam talks about his first years in the post-grad world, the value of mentorship, and advice for young creatives.

Marcella is an APU alum from the class of 2016 and was a commuter who majored in Applied Exercise Science with a minor in General Psychology. She is a licensed massage therapist and fitness trainer. She is an entrepreneur who runs her own business called SoCal Fitness and Massage Therapy in Claremont, CA.

Jordan Orme is an APU alum from the class of 2019. He is an award winning video editor who has edited commercial campaigns and music videos for some of the biggest names in the industry including Nike, Justin Bieber, and so many more. He runs a youtube channel breaking down different edits; his channel has over 750,000 subscribers. He has also launched a masterclass called The Editing Formula, which helps you becoming a professional editor.

Bailey is the founder and CEO of the healthy food company Bondi Bowls, which only continues to grow with multiple food trucks across 8 states with a store front in her hometown and many more to come. She announces in this episode a new location opening up in Huntington Beach, with a grand opening in October 2023. She is an APU alum with a degree in business marketing and in this conversation, she talks about what it looks like for her to take big risks, step out of her comfort zone, trust in God, and maintain a strong work ethic.

Zach is an APU alum from the School of Music. He’s a musician who has toured all around the world and plays for artists, events, and Disneyland. In this conversation, Zach talks about working on yourself holistically, how he maintained his character in the music industry, and building a community post-grad.
