Take it from Tim “Tim’s Talking”

After a long hiatus, I am restarting this Podcast again. One of the easier ways, for me to jumpstart this platform again is to do what I call "Take it from Tim in 2". These are short motivational, encouraging, informative or reflective pieces, that are two minutes or less. I feel this wouldn't really be a great intrusion on your day and could possibly bring you some good and encouraging words to get your day started. I will post these short audios on a daily basis.

I will also leave the comment section open, if you would like to make comments on the content or even let me know something you would like me to include or something you think I could have left out. This is only one facet of the Podcast. However, the greatest journey of a thousand miles, is begun with taking the first step. I feel this is a consistent step that I can take to leave a indelible mark on the masses.

This was an interview I did with my brother, Stefan Robinson about opportunities as a Public Adjuster. Unfortunately, I never posted this interview. It's wonderful to hear that someone from Delaware is the newest multi-million dollar winner of the Powerball. My hope is they make great decision, find credible and honest advisors, so there winning can last for generations to come. Again, CONGRATULATIONS!

Ever notice the increasing amount of negative comments on social media these days? I sometimes wonder why do people feel a need to say such mean things. They say misery loves company. Sadly, by speaking negative, hateful and evil things about and to others, only cause negativity to flow you way. Hey, haven't felt happy in a long time and nothing seems to go your way? Think for a minute, are you projecting and causing this to happen to yourself? It never hurts to be kind and if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. Honestly, that saying will alway rein true.

You can't heal from what you hide. After a hiatus, Tim is back speaking about transparency and the restart of his Podcast and Internet Presence.

After a long hiatus, I am back to speak directly to anyonewho struggles with self-esteem or is navigating the complexities of relationships. My goal is to offer practical insights to help you recognize your true value and worth. This video covers the essential topic of building genuine confidence, setting healthy boundaries, and cultivatingmeaningful connections that empower you to live with authenticity and transparency.

Are you receiving the customer service you are entitled or are you accepting lack lustered customer service as the normal?

I guess you could say that most of my career has been about customer service. In fact, in many of the occupations I have been on the front line. From being a Bus Operator, Mail Carrier, Restaurant Manager, Senior Customer Service Representative in a walk-in office, Insurance Agent, Car and Furniture Salesperson. This is not to mention my career on the phones in a customer service and collections, in banking and Public Utility. I have always strived to give superior customer service in some pretty heated confrontations while having to deliver, not so pleasant and desired information. Hey, I guess it is just in my blood.

Delivering the type of service, I have strived to deliver and even having executives of the organizations, I represented, coming to me personally and introducing themselves and telling me of their observation of such service, has given me the acknowledgement of a "Job Well done."

Well, you can say because I give it, I expect it in return, I think this is just fair.  Even when I encounter a representative that is not giving the best service, I give them an opportunity to turn the tide and end in a positive note.  But what about the ones that you have attempted to give the benefit of the doubt and they still don’t change?  Do you feel that the customer service you receive is meeting or failing the grade?  This is an open forum and your opinions, comments and suggestions are encouraged.  Let’s get a dialog about Lack Luster Customer Service in this 2-part episode.

Communication is as old as creation.  As centuries have passed and technology has advanced,  we seem to do less in verbal communicating.  With the invention of the first phones, then mobile phones, smart phones, the internet and SMS texting, we tend to spend more time communicating on our devices and less time communicating verbally.  Technology has taken away the warm vocal communications from many families and replaced it with cold, impersonal texting. Some families are sending messages to one another in the same house, not to mention, in the same room.  Pretty silly, right?

What happens when this communication in not received in the manner it was intended.  Although we now have Emojis to convey emotions, its is not the same as hearing voice inflections when directly communicating with one another.  Sometimes ALL CAPS could mean, pay attention, what I am saying is important, or it could alert the recipient of displeasure with something within the conversation.  Other times, it simply just mean, the other party just forgot to remove the cap lock.  Emotional sending and receiving of information can be cloudy in the age of technology.  

In this Podcast Episode, I will discuss how important it is to remember that the typewritten word, or in this case, texting is not always the best form of communicating.  Sometimes, its important to take your message back to the verbal basics and reconnect to mankind.

Independent thinking has become a minority traveled pathway to happiness and fulfilled living.  Men and women worldwide have put their independent thoughts on a dusty shelf and taken up the dismal footsteps of the majority.  Many have been living a true life of "SIMON" says and are drifting through life following others into a ditched reality.  

Are you ready to wake up and to start taking control of your own life?  Well, to do so, you will have to do something you may be a little uneasy about doing, and that's becoming a "minority".  You get one life to live, well at least to our knowledge.  Why continue to follow the blind when you can have 20/20 vision as a self affirming minority in the collective world, full of Majoritarianism.

Many are waking up to no phone service, text and data this morning 3/29/21.  Hello Mobile a low cost, mobile service that provide calls, text and data for $25 per month with out prepayment or multiple month payment at a time, is upgrading to the Tmobile 5G network.  This would be a wonderful thing if they had informed their customers in advance. Somewhere along the line, the organization made a major error of judgement and dropped the ball while performing this upgrade.  Listen to the podcast about the matter.
