What if I told you that the key to spiritual warfare isn't about you becoming a stronger fighter, but about you understanding the victory that has already been won for you? What if the most important thing is not how you fight, but where you are seated?

Today, we’re talking about why victory isn’t something we fight for, but something we fight from.

James 1:14-15(NLT)
"Temptation comes from our own desires, which entice us and drag us away. These desires give birth to sinful actions. And when sin is allowed to grow, it gives birth to death."We often view temptation as a simple test of our willpower. But in the context of spiritual warfare, it's much more than that. Temptation is one of the enemy's primary strategies—it's a calculated scheme to pull you away from God. This passage in James uncovers the playbook for us.

When we hear the term “spiritual warfare,” our minds can jump to sensational, Hollywood-style images of dramatic encounters. But the Bible doesn’t present it that way. Scripture doesn't want us to be spooked or sensational, but sober-minded and strategic. It gives us a map of the battlefield so we can understand the nature of the fight, the tactics of our enemy, and most importantly, the absolute authority of our God. So today, let’s open that map and get a clear, biblical picture of the unseen realm.
