In this episode, I talk with Krystal Atha, entrepreneur and founder of Sembramos, who provide education & community to conscious leaders aiming to improve their capacity to cultivate organizations that are safe, inclusive, and equitable.

Her 'why' starting in social justice and liberation ethics, and experience with intercultrual dynamics and international administration
Then went into the Peace Corps, then journalism, starting her own nonprofit and working in tech and user experience
Realized that she was trying to create safer spaces and the world a better place, but blindspot was doing the work "at home"
Realized that her own organization was missing DE&I and had a lot of her own internal work to do before helping others
Why it's important to develop strategies and safer spaces by not judging yourself or talking yourself out when facing microaggressions
