EP 47: Attitude of Gratitude w/ IncrediPaul
In this episode, I take some time to be thankful for my faith, family, and my business. I'm thankful for a lot of other reasons, but that's what I focus on. I also talk about why it's so important to take the time to be thankful.
I discuss what I do empowering professional development for STEM students, my family's influence, and my passion for aiding underrepresented minorities. I express my gratitude for my relationship with God, my family's support, and the opportunities I've had, including international experiences. I really emphasize my dedication to personal growth, inviting you to engage with the IncrediPaul Community, which is focused on helping you become the most incredible version of yourself.
Paul Faronbi is a Certified Maxwell Leadership, Coach, Speaker, and Trainer. He has a passion for leadership and loves to mentor students in STEM. When he’s not traveling for work, you can usually find him traveling for STEM conferences. In his free time, you’ll either find him in the gym or trying out new foods because he considers himself an avid lover of food. He is a person of Faith and believes that Jesus comes first and he comes second, so that’s why he enjoys adding value to people however he can.
Paul speaks to students and professionals around the nation and has a show where talks with incredible people doing incredible things, so we can become the most incredible versions of ourselves, IncrediPaul Leadership.
He is currently the President of NALA(STEM) National Alliance Leading the Acceleration of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. It is an expansion of the IINSPIRE-LSAMP initiative. This non-profit serves at the national level to unite those who would like to give back to those who are underrepresented in STEM. NALA serves to grow community of STEM professionals so they can give back to current students.

Ep 46: Turning Underdogs Into Winners w/ Jonathan Javier

News, Wall Street Journal, and more for his job search tips and amassed 2M+ followers on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Leadership Conference Recap Pt 2 - Six Minute Saturdays

I discuss Ryan Leak's book "Chasing Failure" which shares his story of marrying and getting engaged on the same day and pursuing an NBA career despite challenges and the importance of chasing failure as a path to success is emphasized. I also talk about Kendra Scott's journey in the jewelry business, underscoring the lesson that what you think people want from you may differ from what actually attracts your audience, and the importance of adapting in entrepreneurship. EP 45: Developing the future of STEM w/ Richnovated
In this episode of IncrediPaul Leadership, I talk with Rich Gilliam aka Richnovated. Rich's goal is to connect a STEM pipeline between the United States and Africa, inspired by the potential in Africa's resources and the concept of Wakanda. He is the founder of STEM Plug, a company advocating STEM education for youth and individuals of all ages. Rich discusses his journey, from a low GPA in high school to becoming a robotic engineer and author, emphasizing the importance of building a personal brand. He emphasizes the significance of forward thinking, relationships, and seizing opportunities to drive his success. Rich has authored a book called "Diversed in STEM" and is planning a multi-city book tour, aiming to inspire and empower students, particularly those in STEM fields, and address imposter syndrome. Leadership Conference Recap, Live 2 Lead 2023 - Six Minute Saturdays
I talk about the highlights from going to the Live 2 Lead Conference in Atlanta earlier this month. John Maxwell was a significant presence at the event, discussing high-level leadership, character, integrity, and dealing with failure and success stabilizers. John Maxwell compared high road, middle road, and low road leaders, emphasizing the importance of adding value and closing the gap. Episode 40: Leaving A Legacy - 40 Years of Ministry w/ David Blunt
I talk with David Blunt who is a founder and senior pastor of a church of over 5000 members in St. Peters, Missouri, Church on the Rock (COTR). Pastors David and his wife, Kim Blunt started with a vision in 1983 to follow the Great Commission and help lead people to a God who is for them and help them discover His purpose for their life. Church on the Rock’s first service was held in a Holiday Inn with 35 people in attendance, and has today grown to an expanding multi-campus ministry that is impacting lives globally. Pastor Blunt’s teachings are always rooted in what the Word of God says, and are focused on helping people apply the Word in their lives.
